全球自行車城市大會（velo city global）是每年一度的自行車會議。
現由歐洲自行車聯盟（European Cyclists Federation，簡稱 ECF） 主辦，每年選定一個綠色生態城市舉辦，聚集全世界的自行車愛好者討論各種與自行車相關的主題。
除了會議本身之外，還會有其他自行車相關的展覽、活動等等。
該會最早於1980年在德國不來梅舉辦。早期並非一年舉辦一次，後來才次數愈來愈多。
